The backstory
A chance encounter prompted us—five content designers from different places in the world—to create a small yet supportive community to help us grow in our careers. After many online chats and a few tryouts, we set out to create a digital space that would allow us to share our experience as people from different walks of life in the tech industry—a place that could use more representation.
Join our conversation to learn why and how we made a podcast and hear our plans to extend our community even further and help more people share their voices.

Susanna Agababyan
An inexhaustible dreamer and language geek, Susanna worked as an Italian and English language teacher and consecutive interpreter in theaters for years and then in online media, writing news and features about fashion, culture and lifestyle. Until she felt like she hit the ceiling and started looking for a new challenge. Ultimately, she found herself in UX writing and it combines everything she loves: short-form but effective writing, working with languages, strategic thinking, solving problems, collaboration and research. Outside of work Susanna is either boxing, writing novels or planning a new adventurous trip.
